This site will slowly be built and added to. But since its so crappy I'll give you a good link with everything you could want in this subject. Also I have put Win On CD v3.6 and PacketCD v3.0 with info on both.

Here is a little info on WinOnCD and PacketCD:
    PacketCD is a program made by Cequadrat and is the format which Dreamcast is burning their games in. This is because it lets them copy 1gig on a normal 650mb CD. I'm not sure if it lets you copy 1gig of PC stuff to a CD though. PacketCD can also be found on Win On CD v3.6.

    Win On CD is a Burning program buy Cequadrat that includes PacketCD. I recommend you get this rather than PacketCD by itself. This program requires a serial number. There are a few below.

VERY IMPORTANT: Win On CD requires special drivers for each burner. They are required to use this program so i recommend you get the right driver file for the program so it can be used properly.

Go to Cequadrat's Driver Disk page and select the file that coresponds to your CD-Burner. http://www.cequadrat.com/support/driver.html
